Charlotte Grysolle Body Work Breathwork coach

A private coaching program that gives you real-time tools for focus, energy, sleep, and stress—starting with your breath.

Choose from a 5, 7, or 9-module program.

You’ve read the books. Done the journaling. Tried the meditation apps, the productivity systems, maybe therapy. You have more frameworks than you know what to do with… and your mind is still running the show.

The problem isn’t cognitive. It’s physiological. And it’s trainable.

Nervous System Potential is a private coaching program that starts where the mental toolkit stops: with your breath, your body, and the nervous system running underneath everything.

5, 7, or 9 modules designed for ambitious professionals who are done pushing through and ready to work with their biology instead of against it.

“I used to dread going to bed, knowing I’d wake up restless—now I look forward to sleep as my easiest reset.” — Jack T.

Who is this programme for?

Breath & Nervous System Coaching

This program is for you if…

“I no longer feel defined by anxiety. I have tools to move through it with ease.” — Jack T.

Framework + approach

What we do together:

This program doesn’t treat stress, sleep, and focus as separate problems to solve. It works on the thing connecting them: your breath, your nervous system, and your capacity to regulate your own state. Three layers, built in sequence—each one making the next one possible.

Layer 1 - Foundational Breathing + Sleep

We start with the basics, because nothing else works without them. Retrain your breathing mechanics (nasal, slow, gentle, expansive) and address what's disrupting your sleep.

Most clients feel a genuine shift within the first two sessions: deeper sleep, steadier energy, a quieter mind. The changes are simple but fast. Better breathing mechanics mean better recovery, and better recovery changes everything downstream.

Layer 2 - Nervous System Regulation

You learn to read your own state, and shift it. Using body-based tools (breath, movement, sound, environment), you build the ability to move yourself from activated to calm, from foggy to focused, in real-time. You learn what your system actually needs and how to give it the right input at the right moment.

This is where the micro-tools live: a slow exhale before a difficult conversation, a one-breath brake when you notice your jaw tightening, a two-minute reset between back-to-back meetings.

Layer 3 - Capacity Building

Capacity building means training your system to handle more—more intensity, more discomfort, more uncertainty—without losing access to clarity and calm. First through breath: progressive CO₂ tolerance work that teaches your body to stay regulated under increasing physiological stress. Then through embodied self-awareness—learning to recognise your inner alarm, anchor states of strength, and use visualisation and mental rehearsal to prepare for high-stakes moments.

People are often surprised by this layer. They came in wanting better sleep or calmer energy, and they end up developing a kind of trust in themselves they didn't expect.

“This work gave me a profound sense of choice over how I feel and respond.” — Edward W.

Three pathways—how deep do you want to go?

Every program follows the same framework. The difference is how far we take it. All three start with your breath and nervous system foundations. The longer programs build on top—never replacing what came before, but deepening it.

Recalibrate (5 modules)

Covers foundational breathing, sleep, and nervous system regulation.

Your system is stuck in overdrive—poor sleep, shallow breathing, a nervous system that doesn’t know how to come down. This program retrains the basics and gives you a daily toolkit that fits your life.

Best for: rebuilding your foundation back—whether you’re close to burnout or performing well but noticing your sleep, energy, and stress tolerance aren’t where they should be.

Expand (7 modules)

Everything in Recalibrate, plus capacity building through advanced breathing.

Once your foundation is solid, we train your system to handle more. Using advanced breathing techniques, you’ll learn to stay calm and clear when your body is under stress — so that intensity and recovery stop feeling like opposites.

Best for: people who want more than a reset. You want to build resilience from the inside out.

Unlock (9 modules)

Everything in Expand,  visualisation and mental rehearsal.

The full framework. Beyond breath-based resilience, you’ll move into embodied decision-making and mental rehearsal—learning to prepare for high-stakes moments from a regulated state.

Best for: people ready to go all the way —from restoring their baseline to fundamentally changing how they operate under pressure.

“For the first time in years, I can breathe deeply without that tight, restricted feeling.” — Andre D.S.

What outcomes can you expect?

What if you could tap into your nervous system’s innate activation and relaxation mechanisms? What if you could use your breath to shift from stressed to focused, or wired to calm, almost on command?

This isn’t some far-fetched promise. It’s simple biology. Your body holds sophisticated self-regulation tools that have evolved over millennia.

We’re not learning something new. We’re restoring something you already have.

Real life results, as reported by clients:

“I now have a go-to tool for overthinking and rumination: 5 minutes of coherent breathing, 5 rounds of breathholds. Simple, reliable, effective.” — Andre D.S.

How we’ll work together

Metrics that matter

Charlotte - how we work together

We track both subjective measures (validated perceived stress and wellbeing scales) and objective data (sleep scores, HRV, Exhale Max and BOLT scores) so you can see the changes happening in real-time.

Live Sessions

Coaching + Practice sessions

Depending on your program, we meet weekly or bi-weekly for focused coaching sessions. These are working sessions where you learn, practice, and get personalized feedback.

Your Digital Dashboard

Everything we cover gets documented in your personal portal, so you can revisit techniques, track progress, and refresh your practice long after we finish working together.

Accountability + support

examples breathwork 121 support

The time between sessions is where the real work happens. You practice, experiment, and integrate what we’ve covered. I’m available for questions, observations, and course corrections throughout the week.

Bonus: personalised exercises

Based on your progress and feedback, I create custom breathing exercises and nervous system reset techniques designed specifically for your challenges and goals.

“I was most surprised by how quickly things change when you stop over‑complicating: one week of slow breathing already improved my sleep and focus.” — Will S.

How I work

Not the coach who asks you to slow down and do less. The work here is about expanding what you can handle, so ambition and calm aren’t a tradeoff.

Everything is grounded in science. Every technique comes with the physiology behind it, because you need to understand the mechanism before you’ll commit to the practice. At the same time, there’s no pedestal. My newsletter is full of entries about not wanting to do the breathwork, scrolling Instagram instead of practising, feeling like a fraud. The same resistance you’re going to face—that’s something I’m in an ongoing, honest relationship with too.

On the practical side, everything we cover gets documented, tracked, and built into a system you can use long after we stop working together. But the structure stays flexible. Where you are determines where we go, not where the program says you should be.

And the body is the testing ground for all of it. Marathon with my mouth taped. 67-hour darkness retreat. Freediving. Not for the spectacle — because coaching someone through discomfort requires having sat with it yourself

Why work with me?

Before this work, there were 13 years in advertising agencies and startups—moving between Brussels, New York, Singapore, and London—living entirely in my head. Always thinking, planning, worrying. The fix, I assumed, was more mind: more books, more frameworks, more podcasts, more productivity systems. It didn’t work.

Breathwork found me through freediving. From the very first session, the volume of my thoughts dialled down. That experience sent me deep into respiratory physiology, nervous system science, and somatics—an Oxygen Advantage and specialized Breath Science Practitioner certification, and eventually building a coaching practice from the ground up.

These days, the practice spans private coaching, a group sleep program, corporate workshops, freediving and breathwork retreats, and a weekly newsletter.

Most of my time goes toward finding ways to make the science practical and accessible for people with demanding lives.

Most people are living on top a dysregulated baseline and don’t know it.

They think they’re lazy, anxious, unfocused, mood, inconsistent. They feel at the mercy of their thoughts and emotions. When really, what they are is out of sync with their breath and their body.

This 5-7-9 modules program helps fast-moving professionals connect mind and body—so they can respond to pressure with clarity, recover faster, sleep deeper, and lead from a grounded, focused state.
