Alpine Breathwork & Hiking

Klosters and neighboring trails, Switzerland

“The world is full of magic things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper.” – W.B. Yeats

Our minds expand when we move our bodies, breathe with intention, and spend time in nature with good people, away from screens and 24/7 noise. Our nervous systems settle when we’re grounded and connected.

So that’s exactly what we’re doing: five days to sharpen your senses and feel fully alive in your body.

Switzerland, September 24–28, 2026. Daily hiking and breathwork, in a small group of 8 women.

Morning
Energizing & Centering Breathwork
Functional breathwork to energize and balance your nervous system, preparing your body for the hike ahead. You'll learn practical techniques—breath pacing, activation patterns, senses awareness—that you can take with you after the retreat and use in real life.
Daytime
Hiking & Breathwork Integration
10–20km hikes through beautiful Swiss trails. On the mountain, you practice nasal breathing and sensory awareness—noticing how your breath changes with effort and altitude. We play with recovery breathing, explore expanded awareness of your senses, and learn what your body is telling you as you move.
Evening
Recovery & Community
Recovery breathwork to help your nervous system settle and your body adapt to the day's effort. Followed by a group meal and a sharing circle—a space to reflect on the day, connect with others, and integrate what you've learned.

Meet Your Guides

Charlotte Grysolle

Charlotte is a breathwork and nervous system coach who works with professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams (including Google and L’Oréal) to explore their full nervous system capacity.

She teaches functional breathing techniques for real life—energy, focus, stress management, sleep.

She’s an Oxygen Advantage Instructor, a certified Breath Science Practitioner, and an ICF-accredited Body-Oriented Coach.

Geraldine Bouckaert

Geraldine is an associate partner in consultancy with a passion for operations, logistics, and turning complex coordination into seamless experiences.

She loves the mountains, loves hiking, and has an eye for detail that means nothing falls through the cracks. She’s the reason this retreat will feel effortless.

Charlotte and Geraldine have been friends since university days (more than 15 years ago by now?!)

Last year, Geraldine joined Charlotte’s freediving and breathwork retreat. Afterwards, Geraldine said the breathwork sessions “were the most restorative she’s ever done.”

Geraldine’s been dreaming for a while about organizing a trip to the mountains. When she mentioned it to Charlotte, they had a GENIUS idea: what if we combined a real hiking experience—moving through the Alps, sleeping in mountain huts, challenging ourselves physically—with daily breathwork? Not as a retreat add-on, but as a genuine integration of both.

The result is this: five days designed to wake up your senses, give you tools that work, and remind you what it feels like to be fully alive in your body.

Geraldine takes care of the logistics and the hikes, and Charlotte guides the daily breathwork.

Do I need hiking or breathwork experience?

No. This retreat is designed for anyone. You don't need to be a serious hiker or have any breathwork background. Everything is taught from the ground up.
