One-on-One Programs

I work with high-performing professionals on managing stress, improving concentration and focus, and developing mental resilience.

By carefully progressing through functional breathing, body awareness, deep relaxation and stress tolerance techniques, the goal is to build the nervous system's ability to shift between performance and recovery.

Workshops

I teach online and in-person workshops on breathwork, body-based productivity, developing a resilience toolkit, and human versus animal stress response.

How are my workshops different?

  • Science-driven: Time and time again, I get the feedback that participants love the science bits. Understanding your own body is empowering. Substantial research links feelings of control and agency to lower levels of burnout and depression. Understanding how something works also helps with personalizing techniques to your unique circumstances, increasing the chances of long-term adoption.
  • Interactive and experiential: A good mix of science-backed information, guided activities, and reflection exercises. I aim for roughly 40% information and 60% exercises and implementation, encouraging interaction and sharing within the team.
  • Tried and tested "in the wild": Lots of techniques are good in theory but are too difficult to integrate into demanding and busy schedules. I have 13 years of corporate experience and have experimented with all these body-based tools, seeing vast improvements in my own focus and resilience.

I've run workshops for L'Oréal US and Google Dev Week, as well as consultancy firms and startups.
